Processing & Shipping Times

All orders that are in stock will be processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Out-of-stock orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Unless otherwise agreed upon, orders will be shipped complete (when all items are in stock)

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is missing, please check with the carrier and file a claim if necessary.

For items damaged in transit, contact us at ninja@aquaninja.ca within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.


Address Changes & Order Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to make changes, contact us at ninja@aquaninja.ca as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
